M.Sc. Magdalena Molkenthin
Magdalena Molkenthin is a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the University of Siegen and supports the interdisciplinary team with her background in psychology.
During her master's studies at the University of Kaiserslautern-Landau (RPTU), she focused on topics in communication and political psychology, with a strong focus on the discipline of environmental psychology. In particular, she examined how target group-specific communication can bring about lasting changes in people's attitudes and behavior.
Her research at MOVEN now builds on this by seeking to understand individual processes relating to people's motivation for pro-environmental behavior and how exactly the implementation of behavior change technology can stimulate motivational transformation in the sense of internalisation.
